This will be a multi-site visit. We will begin at Moffatt Creek PS, followed by Grand View PS (1144 Hamilton St, Cambridge), Galt Collegiate Institute (200 Water St N, Cambridge) and finally, Jacob Hespeler Secondary School (355 Holiday Inn Dr, Cambridge). Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the non-mandatory site meet and sign the attendance sheet. Date, time, and location are provided above in the Anticipated Project Schedule. The Board may not provide another opportunity to visit the site. However, absence from this site meeting will not disqualify any Bidder. Bidders shall attend the site meeting at their own risk and hold the Board harmless for any issues or damages arising out of their attendance of the site meeting. The Owner will not consider any claims for additional payments during the execution of the Work for extra work or difficulties encountered resulting from conditions which were either visible or could be reasonably inferred from an examination of the Place of the Work and the available project information prior to the submission of Bids. Bidders are encouraged to bring their own measuring tape, camera, or other portable tools as required to the site meeting. Bidders are solely responsible for making their own assessment of the site.
