The Waterloo Region District School Board is a provincially funded institution reporting to the Ministry of Education of Ontario and is one of the larger school Boards in Ontario, currently operating 122 school locations and serving approximately 64,000 students in the Waterloo Region.

The purpose of this Request For Proposal is to invite qualified Proponents to submit a proposal to create a pool of Vendors to provide primary resources and services for the Waterloo Region District School Board as well as other participating Agencies outlined in the Procurement Document.

The Board is looking to partner with Vendors who are leaders in their field and can offer quality products and unique and innovative ideas to support curriculum-based programs that include (but are not limited to) extended day care, Elementary School classes as well as Secondary School Special Needs programs.
